Building Resilience Through Training and Wellness
A lot of people want to move better, feel stronger, and take care of their health—but it’s not always easy to know where to start.
Online advice can be confusing or flat-out misleading.
Workouts are often “one-size-fits-all” and don’t match your goals or your body.
Without accountability, it’s tough to stay consistent long enough to see results.
When training or wellness routines aren’t tailored to you, it can feel like spinning your wheels.
You work hard but don’t see the progress you hoped for.
Frustration builds, and motivation fades.
Sometimes you even risk setbacks or injury.
The Made Resilient Difference
At Made Resilient Physical Therapy and Sports Performance, I make training and wellness approachable, personalized, and sustainable.
Every program is designed and led by me, Dr. Meredith Atkenson—board-certified orthopedic specialist, fellowship-trained manual therapist, and former head physical therapist for Division I athletics.
I use my background in sports medicine and performance coaching to create plans that fit your life—whether that means training for competition, staying active without injury, or simply feeling stronger and healthier day to day.
Each plan is evidence-based and goal-driven, but also realistic and flexible—helping you stay consistent and build habits that last.
This isn’t about punishing workouts or quick fixes. It’s about giving you the tools, structure, and support to move with confidence, take care of your body, and feel resilient in whatever life brings.
Because performance isn’t just for athletes—and wellness isn’t just about avoiding injury. It’s about living stronger, healthier, and more resilient every day.
